Wisconsin's Third Judicial District

Applications are now being accepted for an Official Court Reporter in Jefferson County Circuit Court, Branch 3, for newly appointed Judge David J. Wambach. This full time position is available July 1, 2013.

Candidates for Official Court Reporter vacancies in the State of Wisconsin Court System must have attained Registered Professional Reporter certification from the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) or Certified Verbatim Reporter certification from the National Verbatim Reporters Association (NVRA), or have graduated from a court reporting program approved by NCRA or NVRA. Salary is based on qualification level and documented previous court reporting experience. Full time employees are eligible for the State of Wisconsin benefits package, including a retirement program; optional health, life and disability insurance; plus paid vacation, sick leave, personal days and holidays. Applications are now being accepted for an Official Court Reporter in Burnett County Circuit Court (Siren, WI), for Judge Kenneth L. Kutz. This full time position is available in July, 2013.
 
Candidates must meet one of three minimum professional standards to be considered eligible for hire: (1) Graduation from a court reporting school approved by either the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) or the National Verbatim Reporters Association (NVRA), or (2) Successful completion of the Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) examination administered by the NCRA, or (3) Successful completion of the Certified Verbatim Reporter (CVR) examination administered by the NVRA.
